Within 15 Days - As dragoyam is digital marketing service provider if our client doesn't like our marketing services so we provide them full refund,Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the date of starting marketing services. After this period, we will not able to process a refund

How to Request Refund

To apply for refund, please follow these steps

Non Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non refundable

  • Digital product and downloadable resources (like - E-book)
  • Service that have been Fully rendered
  • Services delivered outside the 15 days refund window
  • Affiliate products which is sold through link, we do not provide any refund on affiliate products which we are promoted
